It is perfectly okay to feel hungry but it is important to feel the right kind of hunger. True hunger is felt in the throat and not in the head or stomach. Addiction, overeating, withdrawal symptoms, and food cravings can be avoided by consumption of the right type of food.

Consume a good amount of legumes and high fiber cereals every day. Whole foods such as whole grains, seeds, nuts, and green leafy vegetables are high in protein and low in calories and fat.
